Canopy Alley Holds Customer Appreciation Day

On Sunday, Oct. 11th, Canopy Alley held a special event for loyal customers. The well-loved boutique in Ladera Ranch served refreshments such as champagne, fruits and mini muffins while shoppers found exclusive deals, discounts and new merchandise galore reserved just for the event.

Canopy Alley is one of my favorite fashion boutiques not only because of their unique line of items but the merchandise are reasonably priced and the staff treats you like a VIP. During the event, as customers flocked in the store, I was particularly impressed of how the staff knows their customers’ well. That is what you call VIP service. At Canopy Alley, you feel like you have a personal stylist. Plus the staff  knows the store and it’s clothing well. The trendy boutique carries brands like Paige, Level 99, Atina Christina, Cassiano Designs, KutfromtheKloth, Chat, Ark and much more.

A new customer named Patti who just moved from Wisconsin said, “I am so in love with the store. We moved here a couple months ago. I came here the first week… now I come here once or twice a week. I’m just addicted to the store. Beautiful things, beautiful items.” And I agree with Patti, you won’t just find trendy clothes but gift items like jewelry, candles, soap dishes to name a few. Another loyal customer I stumbled upon was Jenny from Ladera Ranch. She said, “I’ve been shopping here for years. They always have very unique pieces that you cannot find in the mall that everybody’s wearing.  And I always feel it’s such a personalized experience when I shop at Canopy Alley.”
